Better living thru science

My cold is on the mend thanks to my good friends Tussin, Omnicef, Day Time and Night Time Sinus liquid caps, Halls Defense Vitamin C drops, Multivitamins, and last, but not least...Tang! Yep, Tang. Haven't had it since I was a kid, but I gotta admit...I kinda like the stuff. Russ's didn't have Emergen-C, so I decided to take a chance on Tang. It's sugar free and has 100% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C and also has Vitamin A, D and others. Designed for the Astronauts, so it's gotta be good.

Gonna try to ride for the first time in a week. Haven't done shit cuz I didn't want to lower my immunity or force the crud further down my lungs. Plus, I haven't felt well. I actually drove to work all week and it killed me. First time I've done that in years. My coworkers had a good time razzin' me about drivin'. "I thought cars are coffins?". Whateva.

some stuff is for symptoms
other stuff is for cure

sometimes it is a matter of just waiting it out

I still do not have the solution

I need instant gratification...I'm an American. :)

A sure indicator of how sick you really where was the fact that you drove to work.

That's fucking sick.

Yep, good seeing you and Jeff down at wilderness perk. Thought for a second there we were goin to have some extra company. Dam that frames LARGE. We've changed that meeting place on sunday to meadowlark at hi noon. Long, slow gravel rides. Also, meadowlark saturdays at 10.

Thanks guys. Good seeing y'all too. Seems like it's been a while. Need to make sure that doesn't happen again.

I'm up for the Sat and Sun rides. Meadowlark is a good central location to meet.

So how was the ride today? Where did you guys go?
